INVICT is a powerful tool to register important decisions taken by the members of the Board of Governors, Administrative Management Council, Academic Council, or any other Body involved in the Institution’s Governance.
Meetings are archived with the registration number assigned to the meeting minute
Each member is identified biometrically, certifying their presence
Participants may be required to ask for priority to speak from their assigned microphone
The camera automatically moves to record video of the speakers in close up shots

The secretary enters context based keywords to generate further indexing
